We are dedicated athletes who have achieved success in our respective sports. We have professional qualifications and helped athletes from all over the world in achieving peak performance. We also have experience with clients who have had metabolic disorders (Type 2 Diabetes, PCOD, Hypertension, NAFLD) and successfully help them in remission.

    Up until junior high, I was the meek, skinny boy that everybody bullied at school. Switching to a healthy lifestyle, exercising, and exploring nutritious foods is not just something that interests me, it is something that has made me who I am today.

    After being called a 'zombie' by my teacher, I decided to make a change. By the end of school, I was a healthier, stronger, and most importantly a more confident version of myself. I broke the school record in the 100-meter sprint, bagged medals in the national and state athletics, and owed all this to a better diet and conscious training. While I was majoring in economics at the University of Delhi, I came to realize that the passion I had for nutrition was ingrained in my soul. Hoping that it was not too late, I decided to take my chances. I completed my Master's in Sport and Exercise Nutrition at the University of Westminster, London where I graduated with distinction. I had understood the connection between sports and nutrition through my first-hand experience, but studying about it, completely changed the goals I had for life. Today, I believe that I have what it takes to help people in their journey to a healthier lifestyle. There is nothing else I would rather do.
